This card was made by my friend Michele Pelky...she used Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry, and Tempting Turquoise...she ran the Rich Razzleberry thru the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder. The cups are stacked and colored with the blender pens! She used the Jewelry Tag Punch and tied it on
with the linen thread.
This card is made with Crumb Cake cardstock and some discontinued DSP but I love the technique of the ruffles...I punched 2 strips of Very Vanilla cardstock with the Eyelet Border Punch and then ran it thru the Paper Crimper to make the ruffled effect...cute, huh? I cut out the tea bag and tied it with the Jewelry Tag Punch and linen thread onto Crumb Cake Seam Binding.
